I really enjoyed the place. On the whole, it’s holiday base for having fun and exploring Nairobi. It has best possible and exceptionally nice setting very close to a lovely shopping centre called Yaya as well as Nairobi.

all in all, it is brilliant place for staying in nairobi. the staff are amicable and helpful, thank you for the help. would like to stay here on the next trip if visiting nairobi.

Fantastic stay, good rooms!

Marvellous setting in the middle of the city. Close to Nairobi, and a lovely shopping centre called Yaya. Friendly and nice staff overall. Room with the bedrooms upstairs.

We had a BRILLIANT stay in Nairobi right by a lovely shopping centre called Yaya, and Nairobi.

The apartment design was beautiful and the room looked amazing with its spacious and well-decorated layout. The location was perfect, offering easy access to key points in the city. The wifi and entertainment unit were superb, allowing me to stay connected and enjoy my downtime. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped and the lifts were efficient. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.

There were some maintenance issues during my visit. The water heater was not working properly, which made showering a bit of a hassle.

Amazing location, clean and comfortable stay. Kind and professional staff, great amenities. Will definitely return.

Wifi connection was weak.

I recently stayed at The Lofts and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with a shopping center within walking distance and taxis readily available. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the rooftop pool and state-of-the-art gym were great amenities. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, and the building and furniture were all in excellent condition. The fast and reliable wifi was an added bonus.

The location of the hotel next to Yaya Centre was perfect for me as a solo traveler, making it convenient for me to shop for essential groceries on arrival. The staff were also friendly and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The apartment was clean and comfortable, providing a great space for relaxation.

The gym at the hotel was not well maintained, which was a downside for those looking to stay active during their stay.

the lofts at wood avenue - kilimani was a fantastic experience! the staff were incredibly helpful, the rooftop gym and cafe were convenient, and the apartments were comfortable for a long stay. exceeded my expectations!

The value for money at The Lofts was excellent - a beautiful room with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location near Yaya center was perfect, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a greater variety of options.
